Visarte is the professional association of visual artists in Switzerland. It represents their interests on a political and societal level and seeks to ensure favourable conditions for all in the sector. Art for buildings in public spaces offers important artistic fields of work. Works of art enrich buildings and urban spaces, arouse curiosity, open our view of the world and of other contexts of meaning. The PRIX VISARTE brings them closer to the general public.
