Today’s Specialist Association for Architecture and Culture (a&c) was founded in 1970 as a specialist group of the SIA under the name Fachgruppe Architektur (FGA). With specially organised trips and events, the a&c promotes the awareness of good Baukultur. In our increasingly digitalised everyday life, we advocate tangibly physical means of looking, discussing and exchanging thoughts. With a modest annual membership fee, all those interested in architecture and culture are welcome as members of the association.
