The Federal Office for Housing (FOH) is the Confederation’s competence centre for all housing issues and is responsible for housing promotion and the enforcement of tenancy law. It is committed to improving the supply of housing and the living environment, and it grants federal aid to housing cooperatives whose numerous construction projects stand out for their high quality and innovation in architectural, energy or social terms.
