The Conference of Cantonal Cultural Officers (KBK) is a specialised conference of the EDK. All the cantons are represented in the KBK, usually by the head of the cantonal office of culture or cultural promotion. The KBK addresses questions of cultural promotion. It ensures coordination in matters of implementation and professional exchange among the cantons. The KBK advises the political bodies of the EDK on matters of cultural promotion and cultural policy.
